Can this board be programmed using the MAPLE IDE? Or do we have to use the Keil RealView MDK? Are there any other devleopment environments that are low cost or free that can be used?

This can not be used MAPLE IDE. Because there is no programming MAPLE's BOOTLOADER. We also have a MINI board can use MPALE IDE. Leave a EMAIL address, I send link to you.
